Customer Acknowledgement & Waiver

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my Wash & Fold order with MBella Laundromat:

1. Garment Suitability
   I confirm that all items I submit are suitable for standard laundering, which includes washing in water on a normal cycle and drying with heat in a tumble dryer. MBella Laundromat is not responsible for damage to items that require special care or dry cleaning.

2. Damage & Wear
   MBella Laundromat is not liable for garments that shrink, bleed, fade, lose shape, or are damaged due to normal washing and drying. Customers are responsible for checking clothing care labels before submitting items.

3. Items Left in Pockets
   MBella Laundromat is not responsible for damage caused by items left in clothing pockets (such as pens, markers, makeup, coins, or other personal items).

4. Lost or Misplaced Items
   Laundry is processed and billed by weight, not by individual item count. In the rare event that an item is lost, MBella Laundromat’s liability shall not exceed $50 per order, regardless of the garment’s brand, age, or condition.

5. Stain Removal
   MBella Laundromat will make every effort to remove stains, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

6. Unclaimed Laundry
   Orders not picked up within 30 days of completion may be donated to charity.

7. Health & Safety
   MBella Laundromat reserves the right to refuse service for items heavily soiled with human or animal waste, mold, or other hazardous materials.
