MBella Laundromat Terms & Conditions

At MBella Laundromat, we take great care in handling your garments and providing high-quality laundry services. However, the following terms and conditions apply to ensure mutual understanding and fairness.

General Liability

MBella Laundromat is not responsible for any damage to clothing resulting from items left in pockets or among laundry (including but not limited to pens, pencils, markers, makeup, or other personal effects). We are also not liable for garments that shrink, bleed, fade, or lose shape during normal washing or drying processes. Customers are responsible for reviewing care labels before submitting items for service. MBella Laundromat cannot guarantee against color loss, garments with unstable dyes, normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, severe soiling, lost socks, or mismatched items. We are also not responsible for minor damage that may occur during normal laundering, such as loose buttons, beads, hems, or seams. While every effort is made to remove stains, stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Garments not claimed within 30 days of completion may be donated to charity at our discretion.

Service and Item Handling

All laundry is accepted by weight and not by individual piece count. MBella Laundromat exercises great care to prevent the loss or misplacement of items; however, occasional errors may occur. If you believe an item is missing: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Recheck your home or laundry bag to confirm that the item was sent to us. If an item is determined to be lost, MBella Laundromat’s liability is limited to $50 per order, regardless of the garment’s brand, age, or condition. By using our services, you confirm that all items are suitable for standard laundering, which includes washing in water on a normal cycle and drying with heat in a tumble dryer. MBella Laundromat is not responsible for damage to items that are not designed to withstand this standard process.

Refusal of Service

For health and safety reasons, MBella Laundromat reserves the right to refuse service for any items that may be hazardous to our staff, such as those heavily soiled with human or animal waste.

Communication Policy

By using our services, you consent to receive text message updates regarding your laundry order, promotional offers, operating hour changes, and important notices. To stop receiving text messages, simply reply with the word “STOP.”
